The first hurricane of any year is given a name starting with A and moves though the alphabet from A to Z.
Did you know?
- There is a large hurricane on the planet Jupiter which has been going for over 300 years. It is bigger than the entire earth and shows up as a red spot on the planets surface.
- Every second a large hurricane release the same pressure of 6 atomic bombs.
- Hurricanes can produce tornados.
